Hello!

My name is Jessica,

I am an Illustrator, Textile Designer and colour obsessed. I graduated from Heriot-Watt University with a first-class Honours Degree in Design for Textiles, specialising in printing. I also studied Children’s Book Illustration at Leith School of Art. I am at my best when surrounded by mess, bits of cut out papers and colour tests. I love what I do, I am a dreamer, and I think people of all ages should play more and dream more.

Some curious things about me…

What I love about design

Colour, drawing, playing with scale and problem-solving. I know my life is going well if I have a project to dissect and solve.

Things that make me a better person

Mindfulness meditation, yoga, sketching outdoors, playing with colour.

(eating crisps!)

Things I wished I discovered earlier

South Korean dramas.

Things I am learning about life

Life is too short, you need to go for it! And being kind is not a weakness.
